Our Expectations

To make sure everything goes smoothly, please read and understand the following before signing up.

Volunteer Hour Confirmation
We are happy to provide confirmation and documentation for your volunteer hours, regardless of your reason for needing them — school requirements, court hours, employer programs, or personal goals.
  • Hours verified only for completed Feel Good events
  • Confirmation letter sent via email within 24 hours
  • You must check in with a Project Helping Lead at the event

Important Information
Please review the following before attending your volunteer event:
  • Sign up for your event in advance through our volunteer portal
  • Complete the Community Service Notification form below after signing up
  • Check in with a Project Helping Lead on the day of your event to ensure you're counted as present
  • Confirmation letters are sent to the email address on file within 24 hours of your verified attendance
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible so we can open your spot for another volunteer.
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the event when possible
  • No-shows may impact your ability to receive hour confirmation
  • To cancel, log in to your account or email [email protected]
How It Works

Instructions: Getting Started

Follow these four simple steps to sign up, attend, and receive your official hour confirmation letter.

Sign Up for a Volunteer Experience
Browse available Feel Good volunteer events and register for one that works for your schedule. Note: We can only provide community service hour verification for Feel Good events.

Fill Out the Community Service Form
After signing up for your event, complete the Community Service Notification form below to request that your hours are tracked. This step is required to receive a confirmation letter.

Check In at Your Event
On the day of the event, check in with a Project Helping Lead to ensure you are counted as present. This check-in is what triggers the official hour verification process — don't skip it!

Receive Your Confirmation Letter
Once we receive and verify your hours, we will write you an official confirmation letter and send it to you via email. Please allow up to 24 hours after your event for the letter to arrive.
