Plus Kynd Kit

Write a Note to the Recipient and Decorate the Envelope

Use the enclosed materials to write a card and decorate the envelope. Express your encouragement and include a hopeful message.

DIY Affirmation Cards

Write a special affirmation message on each card. Loop the piece of string through the hole punched cards and tie a knot to secure them together. If you have a key ring, loop the cards through the key ring.

Paper Lantern

Decorate the paper lantern. Slide the metal frame into the lantern, the hook side facing upwards. Balance the two metal rings on the bottom of the frame to hold the lantern in place. Screw off the bottom of the light. Remove the plastic ring and re-screw the bottom of the light together. Do not screw too tightly to make the light stay on. Hook the end of the light to the top of the metal frame of the lantern.

Worry Stone

Worry stones are smooth, polished rocks used for relaxation or anxiety relief to help one feel grounded. The stone is meant to be kept in one’s pocket. The physical act of massaging a worry stone for several minutes is proven to provide therapeutic & psychological benefits that help soothe your nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, and help clear your mind so you can focus and think clearly.
On one side of the drawstring bag write an inspirational or calming word. Examples: hope, love, grow, breathe, dream, courage, wonder. Tip: Place a piece of paper or cardboard in the bag before decorating to prevent the marker from bleeding through.

Suncatcher

Use paint pents to decorate the ridged side of the clear suncatcher.
