HomeFirst is a leading provider of housing opportunities – emergency, interim, and permanent to our unhoused and housing insecure neighbors in Santa Clara County. With more than 40 years of experience, we’ve learned that everyone has the potential to get housed and stay housed. We are relentlessly focused on eliminating barriers to permanent housing and stability for everyone we serve. In 2021, HomeFirst served nearly 5,000 individuals through housing problem solving, street-based outreach, and a host of other permanent housing solutions. HomeFirst utilizes the Housing First and Harm Reduction service delivery models to meet each person where they are with dignity and compassion.
