Spark Mental Wellness
Free & low-cost services for Colorado residents

Spark's Mental Wellness Program connects individuals to free or low-cost mental health services through the generous support of our skilled mental health volunteer professionals.

Anyone in Colorado experiencing barriers to accessing mental health care is eligible for free counseling and other support services. This includes individuals, couples, and families who face challenges such as:

Lack of insurance
Inability to afford co-pays
Long waitlists or limited providers
Language barriers or stigma

In-person & virtual — across Colorado

We provide and partner with a variety of support groups, both in-person and virtual, in multiple locations across Colorado.
