Project Helping is conducting a study of kindfulness. We are particularly interested its mental wellness effects. And, we are looking for your input. Anyone is welcome to participate. Whether you are new to the practice or a seasoned kindfulness veteran, we want to hear from you. Most of all, your answers are invaluable to us regardless of your mental health status. Each participant’s experience furthers our mission.
We want to know how kindfulness affects mental wellness. So, the study is simple. It only requires a few minutes a month. You practice kindfulness in your daily life and complete a monthly survey. It is 20 questions and takes about 5 minutes to complete. As a result of your effort, we gather priceless information. Rather than simply rely on numbers, we have qualitative data to help positively impact the community.
First, you are invited to complete an initial survey. Then, you are added to KyndHub, our online community for kindfulness. KyndHub is easy to use and has a familiar social format. You can post and share intentional acts of kindness and keep an accomplishment journal. In addition, you can find friends, engage with other users, and search for inspirational projects and activities. Finally, you practice daily kindfulness and note the changes in our surveys.
