We are so excited for your Kynd Kit Program! Below are matierials you may need before your event.

Additional Materials

Each kit comes with two markers for decoration, and you’re welcome to use any additional decorating supplies. Additional items to bring for decoration could include markers, crayons, colored pencils, stickers, etc.

Some kits require additional materials to complete. See the list below and select the kit you are providing to view the materials you will need. If you do not see your kit below, no additional items are needed.

Classic Kits: Our original kit and the quickest kit build experience.
Plus Kits: A larger kit with more supplies for greater impact.
Max Kit: Our largest kit experience with the most supplies possible in a single box.
X Kit: A production line experience where volunteers can quickly product multiple kits per person to maximize total kits produced.
 
We offer approximately 40 different kits across multiple cause areas.
 
We have almost 40 different types of kits. Each one has unique DIY activities. The best way to understand what is involved with building each kit is to preview the instructions.
 
We offer four price points. Prices include domestic shipping.
 
Classic Kits: $25 per kit
Plus Kits: $45 per kit
Max Kit: $65 per kit
X Kit: Variable, starting at $12 per kit
 
 
Build time varies by kit type and builder. Here’s a guide to help:
 
Classic Kits: 45 – 60 minutes per kit
Plus Kits: 70 – 90 minutes per kit
Max Kits: 90 – 120 minutes per kit
X Kits: 5-15 minutes per kit
 
 
 
You can send them back to Project Helping.
– Completed kits can be sent back to Project Helping to be distributed to our national network of nonprofits.
 
You can choose the recipients.
– Our team will coordinate distribution to an organization of your choosing.
– If you don’t have one in mind, but would like the kits to stay in a specific community, our team will find a partner that aligns with your kit selection in your community.
 
Self-Distribute
If you know of an organization or individual that can benefit from your complete kit, you can self-distribute it.
 
Kit Tracking
– Each kit has built-in tracking so your participants can opt-in to be notified when their kit is distributed, including the name and website of the organization.

The informational sheet and pollinate card are for you to keep! Please set those aside and do not include them in the completed kit. The registration card is used when returning kits back to PH and should be included if you opted into registration!

All of the additional items (aside from the paper products listed above) should be included back in the completed kits and are indented as donations for the recipient. This might include paper products like resource guides and other resources and materials. Please be sure to read through the items to determine if they should be included. You can always use the chat function on our website if you are unsure!

Yes! Please be sure there are no perishable or sharp items. If you are returning an individual kits please keep in mind the return label provided only covers up to 16 ounces. You can reference the box sizes in the above question to see what size items will fit in your kits.
