Energy Solutions built 10 Domestic Violence Survivor Support kits during a virtual volunteer session on July 16, 2026. Each participant received a kit at home and joined the build from wherever they were.
How it worked
A Project Helping program manager set up the program and confirmed details ahead of the event. Kits shipped directly to each participant’s address, with everything needed included. A Project Helping host joined the team by video call to lead the build. Once finished, the kits shipped back to Project Helping with prepaid labels for distribution.
The finished kits will go to survivors of domestic violence through Project Helping’s nonprofit network, offering comfort and support during a difficult time. Companies looking for an easy way to bring their team together, wherever they are, can run a program like this one.
