Twenty employees at Intuit built Toys for Shelter Animals kits during an in-person event on August 26, 2026. Each kit included a custom touch specific to the Intuit program.
How it worked
The team ran the build themselves using Project Helping’s facilitator guide and printed kit instructions, with each person assembling an individual kit from their own box. A Project Helping program manager set up the program in advance, arranged the customization, and shipped everything the team needed to build. Once the kits were finished, they shipped back to Project Helping with prepaid return labels for distribution.
The finished kits will go to shelter animals through Project Helping’s nonprofit network. Teams looking to run a similar build, in person or virtual, can start with a Kynd Kit program of their own.
