Palo Alto Networks brought together a team to build 80 Kynd Kits, each customized with client-specific touches, for Youth World.
How it worked
The team gathered in person and self-hosted the build using Project Helping’s facilitator guide and printed kit instructions. Each participant assembled a complete kit from their own individual kit, with custom touches included in every box. Project Helping’s program manager set up the program, coordinated the kit customization, and confirmed Youth World as the recipient ahead of time so the kits could ship straight from the event to the nonprofit. Return shipping and distribution logistics were arranged in advance, and the team received an impact report after the build.
The finished kits went directly to Youth World. The Palo Alto Networks team can register their kits and see where their work landed. Any team looking for a straightforward, self-hosted way to build something meaningful together can run a program like this one.
