On July 16, 2026, Papa Johns and Boys & Girls Clubs of America held a virtual Kynd Kit event, building 15 Career Readiness kits to help young people prepare for their futures.
How it worked
This was a virtual event, so kits shipped straight to each participant’s home along with everything needed to build. A Project Helping Host led the session by video call, walking the group through the cause, the kit, and the mental wellness side of volunteering. Each person assembled their own kit, and the kits included custom touches for this program. A Project Helping program manager set up the details ahead of time, and once the kits were finished, they shipped back to Project Helping with prepaid labels for distribution.
The finished kits went to Project Helping’s nonprofit network, where they will reach young people working on career readiness skills. If your team is looking for a virtual way to give back together, a Kynd Kit program can make it easy.
