Protiviti brought together a team to build 30 Sensory Kits for foster youth. The build ran as an in-person, self-hosted session, with finished kits going directly to Lawrence Hall.
How it worked
Each builder assembled a complete kit from their own individual kit. The team ran the session themselves, playing a Project Helping intro video to kick things off before working through the printed kit instructions. Project Helping set up the program, shipped the kits with everything needed to build, and arranged in advance for the finished kits to go straight to Lawrence Hall. Protiviti didn’t have to source materials, find a recipient, or plan distribution.
The Sensory Kits now go to foster youth through Lawrence Hall. Any team looking for a straightforward, self-run build with a clear destination for the finished product can put together a program like this one.
