PwC Builds 45 Kits for Children’s Hospital Patients

June 16, 2026 PwC

PwC brought 45 Children’s Hospital Support kits to life during an in-person build on June 16, 2026. The kits were built for children receiving hospital care, giving them something meaningful during a hard stretch.

How it worked

The team ran the event as a self-hosted build, using Project Helping’s facilitator guide and step-by-step kit instructions to lead themselves through the project. Each volunteer assembled an individual kit from their own boxed materials. Project Helping’s program manager set up the program, arranged shipping so everything needed arrived ahead of the build, and prepaid the return labels. Once finished, the kits shipped back to Project Helping for delivery into its nonprofit network.

The 45 completed kits will reach children in hospital care through Project Helping’s nonprofit partners. Teams looking for a simple, self-run way to give back can build a program like this one.
