How it worked
The event ran as a dedicated conference activity. The team self-hosted the build, playing a Project Helping intro video to open the session. Each participant assembled an individual kit, and every kit included a custom touch specific to Top Line GP. Project Helping handled the details before build day: a program manager set up the program, kits shipped with everything needed and included step-by-step instructions, and prepaid return labels came with the shipment so finished kits could ship back to Project Helping for delivery to nonprofits in our recipient network.
