Shortcuts

Gratitude Practice

Let's start by taking a moment to practice gratitude.
  • What is one simple thing that made you smile today?

  • What is a quality or a trait about yourself that you are proud of and why?

The Recipient

The completed KyndKit can be delivered to any individual that you believe would benefit, or any organization you would like to support that serves the LGBTQ community. The items in this kit were chosen by our partner organizations that specifically serve the LGBTQ community with a focus on mental well-being.

The Reason

We all struggle with our mental health from time to time. These kits are designed by the LGBTQ community, for the LGBTQ community. They provide an opportunity to deal with stress, anxiety, and other mental health related struggles with a variety of tools and coping skills. The kit also includes accessible mental health resources.

Unpack the Box

  • Take everything out of the box.
