Happy Hour starts at 5:30 PM and the event will wrap up at 9:00 PM.
Grilled Filet Mignon on Waffle Chip, Tomato Bruschetta, Mini Crab Cakes
Make Your Own Salad: This food station offers a “Make Your Own Salad” with various fresh ingredients, alongside housemade rolls served with butter. For main courses, it features a tender Flat Iron Steak, marinated and grilled, and Lemon Chicken, marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh garlic.
American Station: This station serves up delicious mini beef sliders with tater tots and chicken tenders. Complement your meal with traditional condiments including ketchup, mustard, mayo, ranch, lettuce, tomato, pickle chips, and cheese, all served on regular dinner plates.
Street Taco Station: This food station offers a lively experience where guests can build their own tacos. The station provides a variety of ingredients including flour and corn tortillas, grilled chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, sliced jalapenos, black beans, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
Dessert Station: The Dessert Station offers a delightful selection of French-inspired desserts. This includes housemade French cookies with various toppings, Swiss dark chocolate infused brownies, apple tart with vanilla bean custard, and mini vanilla cheesecakes topped with fresh raspberry compote.
Upon your arrival, kindly check in at the registration desk where you will receive your unique bidder number and paddle.You will also receive your assigned table numbers. We invite you to take part in our Happy Hour and dinner, a great opportunity to mingle with other guests.
Please note that the items for the Silent Auction will be open for bidding until 7:00 PM. This gives you ample time to browse through the collection and place your bids on the items that catch your interest.
Programming will start promptly at 7:00 PM. We kindly request all attendees to locate their assigned tables.
Our event kicks off with an inspiring talk from one of our incredible volunteers, Jaci Kurnz. She has been an integral part of our organization and we are excited to hear her insights and experiences.
Following Jaci’s talk, we invite you to take part in our interactive segment – a live auction and the amusing Heads or Tails game. This is surely going to be fun and full of surprises, so do participate actively.
We are also honored to have Sophia Richie, a dedicated member of our Teen Advisory Board (TAB), to speak at our event.
Next on our agenda is the final bidder paddle raise. This is a vital part of our event that aids our fundraising efforts. We encourage everyone to contribute generously.
We will then proceed with the Spotlight Awards. These awards are a recognition of the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our partners.
