Natalie Guard is originally from Virginia and West Virginia and has been an active member of the community since she moved to Colorado in 2014. Natalie’s mom, Katherine May is a mental health therapist in Virginia and had her therapy practice in their home ever since she was a little girl. As a result, the importance of mental health has always been at the forefront of her life. Natalie’s good friend, Katie Bovee invited her to her first Project Helping event in 2021. She fell in love with the organization, their mission and felt at home being around others who valued the importance of mental health.Natalie is a CPA and Tax Manager with G Griggs CPA, Inc and works with high net worth individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, and nonprofits. She is also serving on the board for the Women’s Estate Planning Council and is a member of the Rocky Mountain Estate Planning Council, the Denver Council on Foreign Relations and is on the Professional Advisors Council for The Denver Foundation. Her previous volunteer experience includes Florence Crittenton Services, Colorado Veteran’s Project, Ironman, and RMA Children’s Foundation. In her free time, Natalie enjoys reading, volunteering, the outdoors, live music and spending time with friends and family.
