Shelley Billig, Ph.D. has a passion for education and civic engagement. As Vice President of RMC Research and later as an independent consultant, she led over 100 projects that provided professional development, evaluation, and/or research on student achievement, civic engagement, and service-learning. Her published research shows the impressive results that high quality service participation has on both communities and volunteers. She has skills in strategic planning, evaluation, research, professional development, and technical assistance and is excited to contribute to the mission, vision, growth and outcomes for Project Helping and Spark!
