Ty has spent his career focusing on the ability of HR to drive the growth and success of organizations and their teams. He graduated from St. Ambrose University with a degree in Management and a focus on Human Resources and Marketing. Ty has worked in a variety of roles for both US-based and global companies in technology, consumer goods and financial services. He currently leads People Operations and Benefits for WM Partners, a private equity firm specializing in the health and wellness sector.
Ty grew up in a small town in Illinois and moved to Colorado 7 years ago. His upbringing instilled the importance of community and the value of giving your time, energy and skills to support those around you. Values that he brings to his personal and professional roles. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, skiing, camping and trail running with his wife and Duck Toller pup, Robson.
