Hi there, my name is Zach Ullman. I was born and raised in Texas, and moved to Colorado about 3 years ago with my partner and our two dogs. As someone who has struggled with my mental health since I was a teen, it makes me so grateful that everyday I get to see and be a part of the benefits volunteering has on mental health.
